How To Hide Camera From Lock Screen On iPhone :
Step 1 : In order to hide camera from lock screen, go to Settings->General->Restrictions.
Step 2 : On the succeeding screen, tap on Enable Restriction. They will ask you to Enter a Restriction Passcode, set it according to your desire.
Step 3 : On the following screen, you will encounter various apps toggled on. To hide camera from lock screen Toggle Off Camera app.
At last lock your phone, you will see that no camera icon is present on your lock screen.
