Once connection is done, you’ll see a file manager type window.

Step 5 : Locate the IPA file you want to want to Install and rename it from ‘Appname.ipa’ to ‘Appname.app.zip‘. For instance, I have an IPA file with name Minecraft_pocket_edition.ipa. I’ll rename it to Minecraft_pocket_edition.app.zip.

Step 6 : Extract the zip file and open the extracted folder. Head over to Payload folder and here you’ll see the file with Application extension (.app). This is what we need.
